Chaman

Chaman is the capital of Qilla Abdullah District, Balochistan, Pakistan. it is located south of the Chaman border crossing with neighbouring Spin Boldak in Kandahar Province of Afghanistan.
Chaman has a terminal that accommodates services with Kandahar as well as different parts of Afghanistan. A slow passenger train runs between Chaman and Quetta daily. Chaman is on the Silk Road on the eastern side.
The town is a very important trade point within the Balochistan region, providing a gateway on the trade routes between Afghanistan and Karachi.
