THE CAMBRIDGE SHOP
Sep 18 - 24, 2006
Since 1970, Cambridge has been striving ambitiously to give its customers the best in garments. Their vision statement also reflects this conviction that is "To excel in delivering national and international brand in men's wear."
Cambridge has brought a spanking new perspective in the formal, casual and executive designs. Believing in the fact there is no substitute for quality, Cambridge has been vigorously trying to put all its efforts to improve the quality of its products in every stage of the entire process.
Seeing the importance of direct selling and international boom in retailing, Cambridge decided to have first hand interaction with the customers. Cambridge started with outlets franchised as "The Cambridge shop". In 2002 first outlet was opened at the Forum Mall, Clifton, Karachi. The Second shop was added in the year 2003 at Park Towers, Clifton, Karachi. The year 2004 was marked by the launch of several "The Cambridge shop" outlets: Super Market, Islamabad, Millennium Mall, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, DHA-1, Block-G, Lahore and Dolmen Mall, Tariq Road, Karachi. By the year 2005 the seventh outlet opened at Bank Road, Rawalpindi and the eighth at Fountain Avenue, Gulberg Lahore, followed by Chen-One tower, Multan. Cambridge then moved towards a contemporary concept of 'Shop-in-Shop' and opened its first The Cambridge shop at Enem store, Liberty, Lahore. Three outlets added later at HKB, Liberty and The Shoppee, Liberty, Lahore, Raja Sahab, Model town, Lahore. New outlets are opening shortly at HKB, Defence, Lahore and Alina towers, Gujrat. 2006 has come up with new outlets at Galaxy Plus, Faisalabad, Wadood Sons, Peshawar and a new series of outlets with a new brand name i.e. Pure Elements, at Bahadurabad and University road, Karachi.
Currently Cambridge is operating with 18 The Cambridge Shop outlets spread all over the country with strong Sale force and outstanding customer service. Seeing the growing significance of retailing The Cambridge shop is expanding its network aggressively and has planned to open outlets in all major cities of the country.
