The product description has been illustrated in the next paragraph.

The KEMBA program targets managers and executives of all types of organizations and independent entrepreneurs who are seeking to enhance their skills in Business Management. KEMBA spreads over a period of 26 to 31 months and will have 7/8 weeks semesters. Some of the salient features are as follows:

Concept of distant learning is included in KEMBA program, meaning that in long run and in times to come KEMBA will be able to educate and train without geographical boundaries. In other words, lectures, other training aids & materials and facilities will be available online to students.

UNIQUE PROPOSITIONS: KEMBA appeals to the working professionals and senior executives because of class timetable, which schedules all classes on weekends and other holidays thus making it easier for the students to get educated and trained without disturbing their office routine. The other proposition comes from KEMBA's balanced syllabus, which has been formulated keeping in view the current environment surrounding corporate sector and the weak areas of the skilled labor of Pakistan. The syllabus focuses on all business and management functions. A mix of all major disciplines required to manage efficient and effective business concerns is thus available having included in the course outlines.

KASBIT's highly skilled regular & visiting handpicked faculty is another strong point. The faculty is continuously involved in various training and development exercises to keep themselves updated with latest trends, theories, procedures, changes and techniques that are frequently evolving throughout the world.

KEMBA Courses are carefully chosen to provide both depth and breadth of a thorough, exceptional management education & development program. While starting with basics of each functional area, the courses will quickly ramp up to advanced levels in order to maximize learning of a group of highly experienced managers/executives.
