All of this make the importance of multimedia education from beginner's to professional Executive Level a very integral part of one's career. In other words a must career stop. And the best thing about multimedia is that besides not being a frontline career choice for many students cum executives, but still multimedia offers lucrative career opportunities by just studying. EDITING PROFESSIONALS:

Work as non-linear movie editors mainly for production houses.

AUDIO & VIDEO SPECIALISTS:

Edit and give special effects to audio and video work at production houses. Singers and actors are doing this work very effectively in Pakistan and specially abroad.

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS:

Design everything about the static visuals of any thing that is included in multimedia. They work for Web Houses, Multimedia Houses, Production Houses, Advertising Agencies, Print Media, etc.

ANIMATORS:

They animate graphic work at Animation Houses, TV Channels, Advertising Agencies, etc.

CONTENT DEVELOPERS:

Contribute to design the content of any multimedia product like CD, Website, Booklet, Brochure, etc.

 

 

INTERFACE DESIGNERS:

Design the main layout of any website or interactive multimedia CD at Multimedia development houses, software Houses, etc.

DIGITAL POST-PRODUCTION/ NEW EMERGING CAREER

The entertainment world has been swept off its feet by the digital revolution catching up. A very important part of the digital revolution in films and TV is the development in the field of post-production. While the production process consists of the creation, assembly, and distribution of a motion picture or TV program, postproduction refers to all the activities that follow the production steps be it an animated cartoon, tape matering and multiplicity of tapes happen in this segment. This involves heavy usage of instruments and equipments such as telecine and digibeta editors.

The postproduction process is currently linear and utilizes a combination of analog and digital machines to execute the various steps. Post-production equipment either can be integrated with other products or stand-alone, of which the effects and composting market forms one part.
