COMMENTS: In the open
market, the trading drift between Rupee and the US Dollar was not much
dissimilar from last week and no major change was recorded inthe value
of the rupee this week too. The market showed normal momentum and
routine buying and selling of the Green back was seen on the desks.
However, in some sessions, a slight fall inthe value of the rupee was
recorded.

COMMENTS: The Rupee
remained firm against the Pound and no major change inthe value of the
national currency was recorded throughout the week. The trading trend
remained normal and no active participationof the buyers and sellers in
the market kept the turnover of the currency at normal ebb and no
significant change inthe value of the two currencies was recorded.

COMMENTS:
Against the Euro
as well, the Rupee stood firm except the routine rise and falls in its
price. However, euro remained strong in the international market and its
effect was also seen here in the kerb as well. The fall in the value of
the rupee however remained under control and the week ended giving the
rupee a firm position against euro on the desks.

COMMENTS:
The Yen showed
no major gain or loss against he Pak Rupee in the trading this week too
and thus remained unchanged for here in the kerb. The trading price more
or less remained the same throughout the week except the routine ups and
downs that are apart of the routine trading trend.
