Comments:
In the open market this week, thin trading sessions made the Rupee to
trade with a firm footing against the Green back and continued with
the same throughout the week. The Rupee showed no major change in its
price in most of the trading sessions as it hovered between Rs. 60.50
and Rs. 60.60 respectively as no major buying and selling was
recorded.

Comments:
The trading trend between Rupee and Pound Sterling remained sluggish
and the Rupee traded firmly on the desks. The demand of the Pound
Sterling remained normal and no major change in the trading turnover
was recorded. The supply of the currency remained normal in the market
and thus the Rupee ended the week with a firm note.

Comments:
In the domestic market, the Rupee remained unchanged against the
German Mark this week too as the market trend supported the national
currency throughout the week. The demand of the German Mark remained
normal and thus the Rupee managed to keep an upper hand on the
currency.

Comments:
Yen, like the other currencies
in the market, traded at a constant value against the Pak Rupee this
week and thus no major change in the values was recorded here in the
kerb. However, the slowdown in the trading activities of the country
has lowered down the demand of Yen.
