Comments:
In the open market, the Rupee did not show any major change in its
price with respect to last week's trading score as the market
comparatively remained static and major activity therefore was not
recorded throughout. The Rupee throughout the week traded at Rs.
60/40, showing a gain of 0.05 Paisa as compared to last week.

Comments:
In the open market, the Rupee and Pound remained firm against each
other and throughout the week, significant rise and fall was not
recorded except the routine fluctuations. The current week ended
without showing any major change in the prices of the two currencies.

Comments:
The Rupee remained strong against the German Mark this week too. The
trading turnover remained normal in the sessions. The demand of the
Mark was less than its supply thus giving an edge to the national

Comments:
In the open market no major
change in the price of the Rupee against Yen was recorded throughout
the week. The currency stood motionless in most of the sessions for
the reason that no big demand came in the market due to slow trading
