Comments:
In the open market, the Pak Rupee stood firm against the Green back
throughout the week and no major change in its price was recorded on
the desks. There was no major activity in the market that supported
the Rupee to maintain the stable trend that it is holding for the last
two weeks. The prevailing tension between India and Pakistan brought
to major change in the price of the Rupee.

Comments:
The trading trend between the Rupee and the Pound remained on a normal
note and slight fluctuation in the values of the currencies according
to the market conditions were witnessed here in the kerb. The Rupee in
most of the sessions remained firm and major loss in its price was not
recorded on the desks.

Comments:
The German Mark traded at more or less the same price as it was
trading last week. However, a little change in the price of the Euro
was recorded and the Rupee dipped against the currency in some
sessions this week. However, the Rupee ended the week firmly against
these currencies.

Comments:
The Yen showed gains against
the Rupee this week after so many weeks of silence. Yen in some of
the sessions gave tough competition to the national currency mainly
due to its gains against the US Dollar in the international market
and thus gaining the confidence of the investors here in the kerb as
well. The Rupee therefore lost mere grounds against Yen this week
here in the kerb.
