exchange commission, Govt. of Pakistan Islamabad/Karachi. PFC is
generally known in the financial market as Debt Collection Agency. PFC

Mr. Bilgrami, an MBA, is a seasoned banker who has
international and local banking experience of over 40 years, which
includes 24 years from 1961 to 1985 with Bank of America. For four
decades he has worked in Pakistan, the Middle East and the Far East
and South America on Senior positions looking after responsibilities
for Country Regions and International levels. Mr. Bilgrami was exposed
working for the Bank of America branches, subsidiaries and under
Management contracts. During his long association with the banking
field, he has widely travelled, lived and worked around the world. Mr.
Bilgrami was given extensive training from weeks to months and
attended several management conferences. For three years with Bank of
Credit & Commerce International, he was heading as Country
Manager, Panama Republic. Thereafter, he was associated with Habib
Credit & Exchange Bank Limited, as a Senior Executive and Member
of Executive Committee. Mr. Bilgrami had actively participated in the
formation of Habib Credit & Exchange Bank, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Habib Banks Limited. He was a Promoter and Founder
Managing Director & Chief Executive of Pak-Gulf Leasing Company
since its inception in 1995. In 1998 with the association of seasoned
bankers he established Progressive Financial Consultancy (Pvt.)
Limited now known as Debt Collection Agency. His 2000-2001 position
has been as Resident Director for Pakistan, UAE, Sri Lanka and
Bangladesh based in Karachi for Habibsons Bank London. For short
period he also worked for Askari Commercial Bank Ltd. as General
Manager Sindh in 1991 and Schon Bank (now Gulf Commercial Bank) as
General Manager in 1995 - 96.
In last August, Mr. Bilgrami launched another
project in the name of Progressive International Technology (Pvt)
Ltd.. under US based franchise with The Fourth R Inc.; 1715, Market ST
# 103, Kirkland, WA 98033, USA. This Institute is providing IT
training to Youths and Adults from licensed courses of Microsoft. Mr.
Akbar M. Bilgrami is the Director & Honorary Chief Executive of
the Institute, he and his team of IT has commitment to promote IT in
Pakistan.
Mr. Qazi Masroor ul Haq (Senior Consultant)
Mr. Qazi is a Commerce Graduate besides Diploma in
Banking from IBP. He was Senior Vice President & General Manager
Finance in Habib Bank Limited Karachi. He has diversified experience
of 35 years in the field of banking. He has a very vast experience in
serving HBL in the interior of Punjab as well as Sindh. He held very
important assignments in the field, worked as Zonal Chief and Circle
Executive for several years. He participated in banking seminars in
Pakistan. He has a practical knowledge of preparation, processing and
approval of credit proposals. He has been closely in touch with
prudential regulations imposed by State Bank of Pakistan.
Mr. Syed Sultan Haider (Senior Consultant)
Mr. Syed Sultan Haider is postgraduate in political
Science and holding Banking Diploma. He has 20 years experience of
Banking in Marketing, Planning & Development, Public Relation and
Recoveries. His last assignment was Senior Vice President, Incharge
Recovery Cell and Business Development department. He has shown
marvellous performance in recovering stuck-up advances of the Banks.
Mr. Haseeb Alam (Manager Collection &
Marketing)
Mr. Alam, a Commerce Graduate from Karachi
University joined our Company as in October 1999. Within a span of two
years he has worked in excel and performed so well, the management has
promoted him as Manager Collection & Marketing. His pleasing
personality and business relationship have helped the Company grow in
the field of Collection on behalf of PTCL, Mobilink, American Express
Card, Diners Club Card and other Collection Services. He has a soft
and fragile approach for collection of most difficult cases. He has a
brilliant command on the large number of Collection Officers.

worked for 15 years and now doing his own business and also looking
after the interest of our Company.

Mr. Mushir Zaidi, Qualified Shipping Accountant
worked for Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) during
1964-74. 1976-1985 worked for Vinnell Corporation an American Company
as an Accountant in Riyadh Saudi Arabia thereafter he was associated
with Saudi Arabian Shipping Corporation for 9 years until 1994 at
Riyadh. He is our full time representative at Islamabad and looking
