Comments:
The Rupee showed a jumble trend of trading against the Greenback here
in the kerb as the national currency moved both ways on the desks. The
Rupee in the first five days of the week shed 0.60 Paisa as the
currency at one stage surpassed all the previous trading lows.
However, the Rupee managed to make smart recovery by showing a massive
come back of 0.50 Paisa and thus ended the weeks trading comparatively
with a firm note.

Comments:
In the open market, Pound Sterling kept the Rupee under pressure this
week as the currency showed gains against the national currency in
most of the sessions. Rupee ended the week showing a loss of 0.60
Paisa against the Sterling at the close of the markets.

Comments: In the domestic
market, the Rupee dipped against the German Mark as the currency
took cues from the gains of the Euro in the international market
against the US Dollar. Rupee shed 0.55 Paisa against the Mark at the
close of the week's trading.

Comments: In
the national market, Rupee traded normally against Yen this week
too. In the international market, the Yen at the end of the week
fell for the first day in three after the Bank of Japan rejected
government calls to expand the supply of money, reinforcing concern
the world's second biggest economy won't recover anytime soon.
