Is Pakistan producing enough IT professionals to fill the demand? What is the quality of IT professionals that are being produced in the country? At least 500,000 spindles and 600 looms, which are inoperative, have been declared as sick units. Textile industry claims that revival of these closed spindles and restoration of the Export Refinance Facility on yarn; both of them can earn an additional export worth one billion dollars per annum.
