Exhibitions are one of the strong medium of creating brand Awareness as well as receiving direct feedback from the customers about the product and services of the company. It also helps the Sales people to enhance his/her confidence while interacting with different facets of people and provides a training opportunities for the marketing and sales staff. Delegate from Italy, Argentina, Egypt, Malaysia, Iran, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Colombia, China , Philippine, Bulgaria, Nepal, Iraq, USA and Pakistan participated in the exhibition and presented their research papers. All the concerned of dairy industry visited the stalls and gathered information. While keeping these in view Adamjee insurance livestock dept. setup a stall in 6th Asian Buffalo conference and Exhibition. Main objective was to create the brand awareness of Adamjee Livestock insurance in the concerned sectors. Apart from Adamjee Staff two Guest Relation officers were also on the stall to welcome the guest and provide the information. 1st day the conference was Chaired by Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shebaz Sharif. He along with other govt. officials also visited the Adamjee stall, spend quite a considerable time and showed great interest in our Livestock insurance product. Our representative at stall explained the services we are providing to the farmers and also to the govt. institutions. A Tag Line was really appreciated by CM Mian Shabaz Sharif About Buffaloes that " Buffalo is a Black Gold giving white Oil".

Further to this Adamjee livestock dept also participated in National Buffalo fair which was held in Pattoki. All the farmers having elite animals specially buffaloes participated in the Fair. It was a good opportunity to communicate with the direct client. At the end prize were distributed for winning farmers in different categories


Adamjee Insurance Provides For the First Time In Pakistan "Catch Card" Facility To The Rural Communities

Adamjee Insurance Company Limited (AICL) the largest Health Micro insurance provider in Pakistan, in collaboration with Thardeep Rural Development Programme recently organized dual launches of "Catch Card" (Magnetic Card) facility in the remote desert areas of Sindh. The ceremonies were held on July 20th and 21st in Mithi and Umerkot districts, respectively. The Catch Card facility is an advanced cashless system, which provides the insured and easy and hassle-free access to private medical facilities. Mr. Shoaib Sultan Khan (Chairman RSPN) was the chief guest. The other honorable guests present on the occasion were Dr. Rashid Bajwa (CEO, NRSP) and Dr. Abid Qaiyum Suleri (Executive Director, SDPI).Dr. Sono Khangharani (CEO, TRDP) delivered the opening speech on both of the occasions. While addressing the people the stated ways to facilitate the deprived rural communities and to empower them to secure their rights. He stressed that they should have command over resources and capabilities to manage the process of sustainable development. Whereas admiring the role of women in rural areas Mr. Shoaib Sultan Khan expressed. "I am pleased to see the active role played by females in organizing communities and its development work. I thank all the male members who have encouraged their women to actively participate in the battlement of society". While addressing the people gathered in the TRDP community hall, he further added that "54% of vulnerability for poor arises from hospitalization of even one member of a family, so having health microinsurance provides them a safety net".

Afterwards, Captain Mahmood Sultan, Senior General Manager at Adamjee Insurance explained the benefits of Health Microinsurance as a safety net mechanism for the poor. While talking to almost 300 female and male community members of both Mithi and Umerkot he said, "We had to think ingeniously of ways of providing better health and medical facilities to all the rural communities in Pakistan. Through identifying easy and simplistic mechanisms we have introduced this magnetic card facility, which will provide hassle-free and cashless treatment in hospitals".

Later Dr. Rashid Bajwa held an interactive session with the people and asked them to cite benefits of microinsurance. He was pleased to see the development and exclaimed, "After Britian and America, I see this card in the hands of people of Mithi and Umerkot!" Health Microinsurance was introduced by Adamjee Insurance Company Limited four years, ago all over Pakistan for the well-being of underprivileged in the rural areas and is presently insuring more than a million clients.


Adamjee Insurance Company Limited has received the 33rd FPCCI's Export Awards 2008-2009 in the category of "General Insurance (invisible Export)." The Award was received by Mr. Muhammad Ali Zeb, the CEO of Adamjee Insurance from the Prime Minister Mr. Yousuf Raza Gilani.
