Realme launches powerful performing series 3pro in pakistan

Pakistan fastest growing mobile brand Realme, has now confirmed that the device, Realme 3 Pro and c 2 will be launched on Wednesday May 29, 2019 in Pakistan. The company released the Realme 3 budget phone last month, and is set to follow it up with a more powerful Pro model.

Realme 3 Pro specifications

Display: The Realme 3 Pro sports a FHD+ (2340×1080) Dewdrop display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, up to 400 nits of brightness and a screen-to-body ratio of over 90 per cent.

Processor: It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 710 chipset paired with Adreno 616 GPU.

RAM: It is offered with 4GB or 6GB of RAM.

Internal storage: The 4GB RAM variant comes with 64GB of internal storage, while the 6GB RAM variant comes in 64GB or 128GB of inbuilt storage. The phone offers a dedicated microSD card slot (up to 256GB)

Rear camera: The Realme 3 Pro sports a 16-megapixel f/1.7 Sony IMX519 primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor.

Front camera: It gets a 25-megapixel AI selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Battery: The handset houses a 4,045mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging standard (20W).

Software: The Realme 3 Pro runs on ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie.

Realme C2

The Realme C2 features a 6.1 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of HD+ (1570 x 720 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 19:5:9. It houses a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset and comes in two configurations 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. Realme C2 comes with a Plastic body with Gorilla Glass 3 on front.

The device sports a dual camera setup of 13MP + 2MP with LED while offering a 5MP on front. It runs on ColorOS 6.0 Lite based an Android 9 Pie and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. Connectivity options include Dual SIM, Wi-Fi b/g/n. Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio, microUSB and a 3.5 mm jack.

Safe, smooth travelling needed on Lahore-Gujranwala GT Road: Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui

In line with the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan, and on the instructions of Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services Mr. Murad Saeed, Federal Secretary for Communications Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui paid a detailed visit to Lahore-Gujranwala section of Karachi-Lahore-Peshawar National Highway (N-5). He took stock of improvement works being carried out to ensure safe and sound travelling and discipline the traffic there. NHA’s General Manager Punjab gave a detail briefing.

Expressing views, Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui said, Lahore-Gujranwala G.T. Road may rightly be termed one of the busiest section of N-5 as it links up two major industrial and trade cities of Lahore and Gujranwala. Keeping in view its importance, it is imperative to undertake all the possible measures for making journey safe and sound on this segment of N-5. He said two sign boards have been installed on each U-Turn between Lahore-Gujranwala section to avoid risk of accidents. Further all the sign boards have been cleared for clear visibility to ensure safety of commuters. He said, service roads exist at urban areas of Shahdara, Ravi Rayan, Muridke and Kamoke. Condition of service road at Shahdara and Muridke require maintenance for which necessary documentary work is being completed. Continuing he said, road rutting has also been removed from various locations between Lahore-Gujranwala section through routine maintenance contract. He said, lane marking will soon be started, while fog lights have been installed at Kala ShahKaku and Gujranwala Toll Plazas. Lahore-Gujranwala is thickly populated having mostly urban areas, hence traffic jam is observed in peak hours. In the matter National Highways and Motorway Police is asked to regulate the traffic especially during peak hours at urban locations.

Secretary Communications Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui also visited Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2 and reviewed prices of the edibles at Service Areas. He said, in order to facilitate the commuters and to maintain cleanliness at service area as per International standards, the concessionaire has been directed to adopt necessary measures and deploy sufficient manpower to ensure cleanliness and safety/security of all premises located in each service area including hotel, shops. Mosques workshops etc round the clock.

Metro cash & carry Pakistan goes solar

Metro Cash & Carry Pakistan has entered into a long term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Shams Power to install and operate solar power plant at their stores all over Pakistan. Under this agreement Shams power will operate approximately 5MW of solar power systems allowing METRO Pakistan to save 2,639 tons of CO2 every year.

METRO has successfully adopted its Sustainable Vision both globally and in Pakistan as part of the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG #7 i.e. Affordable and Clean Energy. In the recently concluded phase, the work at METRO Model Town store in Lahore and METRO Safari Park Store in Karachi has been completed, whereas deployments at the remaining 7 stores is ongoing, and is scheduled to be completed within the next few months.

Shams Power is one of Pakistan’s leading solar energy company, offering solar power on a Build Operate Own and Transfer (BOOT) model and holds a NEPRA issued Distributed Generation License for all its PPA sites.


Ramadan Mega free medical camp facilitates hawksbay scheme villagers

Serving Hands Organization, Engro Foundation & National Bank of Pakistan in collaboration with Layari Development Authority (LDA), Karachi Union of Journalist (KUJ), Pamco logistic, Khan group of companies and Universal “information System organized Ramadan Mega Relief Free Medical Camp at LDA Sales Centre near Journalist Society Hwksbay scheme 42 bl-3A to facilitate the neighboring poor villages of Musharaf colony, Bhootni goth, Benazir 500 Quarters scheme, Lashkari goth etc Honourable Dr. Badar Jamil DG, LDA inaugurated this Mega Relief Medical camp where 1200 patients were treated and Multi National companies costly medicines were distributed free of cost by expert Doctors and medical staff. DG LDA said, this is a great effort of Serving Hands in the great month of Holy Ramadan to provide little relief to these poor ‘Hands to Mouth’ families of our neglected society. Dr. Badar Jamil furthermore added that LDA is standing with Serving Hands Organization for this noble cause and will InshaAllah provide Serving Hands a permanent community shelter to continue this essential medical service to poor patients. FWBL, decagon open discounts golootlo app

Turkish firm – Arcelik invests more to open Dawlance Experience Store in Peshawar

The Marketing Director of Arcelik – the largest Turkish enterprise has inaugurated the first-ever Dawlance Experience Store in Peshawar. Mr. Mehmet TufekÇi came for an official visit to Pakistan, where he also chaired the inaugural ceremony of the Experience Store, an innovative concept created to enhance the Consumer Retail Experience on Trade. EBM Release ’Sooper Hai Poora Pakistan’ by Junoon

English Biscuit Manufacturers (EBM) have remained a pioneer in the branded biscuit industry since its inception. Over the years, they have cemented their position as market leader by continuously raising the bar in both the quality of their products and their marketing strategies. With the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 all set to kick off this May, EBM has now launched a new World Cup anthem in collaboration with everyone’s favourite rock band, Junoon.

The initiative is a continuation of the Sooper hai Pakistan platform which aims to highlight a more positive image of Pakistan and through this campaign showcase every community’s love for the sport as a manifestation of their nationalistic pride. The track will be Junoon’s first official song track in 15 years.

The track focuses on the immense diversity of Pakistan. The goal of Sooper hai poora Pakistan is to celebrate the passion and enthusiasm of all Pakistanis, specifically the underrepresented and minorities who love cricket and Pakistan just as much.

Diversity is at the core of the anthem, therefore care has been taken to shed the spotlight on individuals belonging to a range of ethnic, religious and gender-based minorities which include Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and transgenders. The song conveys a message of tolerance and inclusion and also takes the viewer on a journey of patriotism and passion, all in the name of cricket, as they look towards winning the World Cup.

This campaign is one of a series of similar initiatives that Sooper hai Pakistan has come up with to help bring the nation together for a positive cause. It is expected that this campaign will also set the tone for future projects to come.
